A mobile crane is a lifting device that can move freely along a track or without a track, primarily used for lifting heavy objects in construction, ports, and other fields. Its combination of mobility and lifting capacity allows it to cover a variety of flexible operating scenarios.
This equipment is equipped with 10 key safety devices, including a torque limiter, amplitude indicator, and level indicator, using mechanical and electronic interlocks to prevent overload or instability. The torque limiter monitors the crane arm status in real time and triggers a warning and shutdown, while the amplitude indicator simultaneously displays the boom angle and safe lifting capacity. Routine maintenance requires regular replacement of hydraulic system filters, removal of oil impurities, and prohibits mixing different types of hydraulic fluids.
Multi-shift operations require on-site handover and completion of operation records. When multiple devices are working together, a dedicated person must coordinate their positions to avoid collisions. During operation, it is prohibited to diagonally pull heavy objects or lift buried objects.
Dynamic monitoring of ground bearing capacity and braking performance is required. Annual maintenance must cover all machine functions, and warning signs should be displayed during power-off maintenance. Emergency procedures require activating the emergency plan and securing the site. It is not recommended to operate more than three cranes simultaneously.
