Side-dump models are equipped with a hydraulic cylinder lifting system and a tilting subframe structure, and are divided into left-side dump, right-side dump, and left-and-right integrated designs based on the unloading direction;
Rear-dump models use a piston rod to drive the trailer body to tilt backward. Typical configurations include an adjustable hydraulic control power unit and Hyva cylinders, reducing energy consumption by 15% compared to traditional systems.
Unloading Efficiency
Intelligent dump semi-trailers can complete unloading within 40-50 seconds, with optimized trailer body slope design allowing materials to slide down quickly under gravity;
Tracked semi-trailers utilize hydraulic automatic tilting and shaking technology, shortening the unloading cycle to 1-2 minutes when handling high-viscosity materials, with residual material approaching zero. Rear-dump semi-trailers can achieve zero residue in a single operation.
